Intro to Yoga 6-Week Series (Saturdays 8:00 - 9:15 am)

This is a 6-week series designed to teach the student the fundamentals of yoga. If you want yoga in your life and have been too nervous to try a group class at a giant studio with lots of people, this small workshop is the right match for you! If you sign up, you will be automatically signed up for each 75-minute class on Saturdays.
